Children’s Miracle Network Broadcast Live at Rushmore Mall on June 5

RAPID CITY, SD - The Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Celebration, with live local segments, will be broadcast from the Rushmore Mall on Saturday, June 5. During the broadcast, from noon to 4 p.m., Black Hills FOX (cable channel 8) will televise miracle celebration stories featuring children from our area.

"We are looking forward to broadcasting live once again from the Rushmore Mall and working with Black Hills FOX during this year’s CMN Celebration,” said Angie Kliewer, Rapid City Regional Hospital Foundation Director. "I am excited and pleased to announce that Jack Caudill, Julie Oberlander and Justin Pazera from Black Hills FOX, along with Peggy Vidal from Regional Health, will again serve as broadcast hosts this year."

The CMN Celebration Broadcast will be based in the JCPenney court at the Rushmore Mall. Kliewer said broadcasting from the Rushmore Mall expands the event’s audience, thereby increasing exposure to Rapid City Regional Hospital and its services for children and the community.

CMN helps make medical miracles happen at Regional Hospital. With money raised through special events, such as the Celebration Broadcast, CMN is able to purchase medical equipment and fund programs for children’s services. One hundred percent of the money raised locally stays within the area.

For more information about this year’s broadcast or to make an early pledge, call Betty Quasney, CMN Project Coordinator, at (605) 719-5842.
