SPEARFISH, SD – The Spearfish Regional Hospital (SPRH) and Dorsett Regional Senior Care (DRSC) Auxiliary is pleased to announce Jeanne Walters is the 2010 Auxilian of the Year.
“Jeanne is the kind of member every organization would like to have,” said Sharon Allen, SPRH Auxiliary President. “She readily volunteers her time and expertise to any auxiliary endeavor and willingly assumes leadership roles.”
Walters devotes many hours a month to the hospital gift shop, the major fundraising activity for the auxiliary. She is also a member of RSVP, Grace Fellowship Church and Spearfish Senior Center where she has been in charge of the rummage sales for 16 years.
The auxiliary is proud to have Jeanne Walters as a member and to name her the 2010 Auxilian of the Year. Her name will be submitted to the South Dakota Association of Hospital Auxiliaries for consideration as Auxilian of the Year.
